Our apprenticeship programme covers various trades, including (not limited to) electrical, fitting and turning, and mechanical fitting. Participants will have the opportunity to work in real-world environments, such as our cannery workshops and maritime operations, where they will be mentored by seasoned professionals. Our apprentices are encouraged to take part in additional training sessions and development programmes, such as leadership and project management courses, to further enhance their capabilities.
